Scott McCaa- Owner + Head trainer

Scott McCaa graduated from Ole Miss with a B.S. in Exercise Science and has multiple certifications including CSCS and  NASM CPT. Scott has an undeniable passion for fitness and biomechanics. He is constantly learning, studying new material, and taking courses to bring new ideas and concepts into the gym. When you train with Scott you can count on his undivided attention and a truly personalized training experience. He specializes in developing customized programs for everyone from athletes to first time gym goers with a focus on injury prevention, post rehab, athletic performance and results. 

Hamzah Abo-Hashema- trainer


 Hamzah Abo-Hashema is an NSCA-certified personal trainer with both a Master’s degree in Human Performance and Fitness and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Trevecca Nazarene University. As a former NCAA Division II track and field and cross country athlete, he combines academic expertise with competitive experience to deliver well-rounded, effective coaching.

Hamzah specializes in endurance training, strength development, and helping clients reduce pain in areas like the feet, knees, hips, back, and shoulders. His approach is science-based, personalized, and designed for individuals who are ready to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Whether you’re training for a race, recovering from injury, or simply looking to move and feel better, Hamzah is dedicated to helping you build long-term strength, resilience, and confidence 

Kasey South- trainer

 Kasey, a Tennessee native, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Exercise Science. She has spent the past 8 years coaching a variety of ages and athletic levels. She believes in working smarter, not harder through movements that improve strength, movement quality AND body composition. With a background in gymnastics and acrobatics, she has developed a passion for combining strength with mobility to prevent injury and age gracefully. She loves to coach the mind-muscle connection to ensure the most effective workout and ignite other's passion for strength training.
